Achievements

PathFinder Energy Services, Inc. has achieved record global safety levels, maintaining overall HSE excellence, which has been sustained for many years but particularly this year in conjunction with certain achieved milestones.

During the last year and while the Oil and Gas Industry booms, PathFinder has continued to maintain a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of well below a 1.0. Of particular note is that PathFinder finished the last year with a 0.46 TRIR, which is nearly 40% less than the previous year while the company experienced an employee growth rate of 21% and an increase in Man-hours worked of 20%.

Two additional safety milestones were recorded by PathFinder. First, our extremely busy North Sea operations base completed One (1) Million Man-Hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). Secondly, our Technology and Manufacturing Center in Houston surpassed One and a Half (1.5) Million Man-Hours without a recordable incident or LTI and is rapidly approaching Two (2) Million Man-Hours.

In addition to outstanding Safety and Health performance, PathFinder has had Zero (0) reportable spills in its global operations.

Other than a professional HSE staff dedicated to helping establish sound policy and procedure and implementing these to all employees, our company recognizes that it is Management and Employee participation, expertise, and dedication that have achieved these milestones.
